How do you put a valance up over vertical blinds? - vertical blind valance
I bought a valance at JCPenny and I have no idea how to get them. We live in an area that is now older vertical blinds. I'm not talking about the kind of hardware and have no idea what things are or what they need. Please help me in detail is of no help, thank you!

Blinds in the window sill or on the wall? A round 4-5 "on a curtain rod will be difficult to find a good price. If you are not restricted by your budget, you can buy in a store.
But no matter, because part of the tribe is not the solution ... How deep is the skirt is just what it comes ,....
The flaps have some form of rock in place already? Trying to cover too? (If yes, take it down)
Be careful when working on the clips and the vertical transport, if they are older, can fragile.
If the edge is mounted low enough for the arm, with a simple "L" bracket on the wall ... Errors or holes drilled in the wrong place can easily be covered by the border itself, to seal it when you feel! :-)
Use enough weight brackets and anchors used in the plaster, when ,.... Support
